Nelli’s place was absolutely perfect for our family and kids. The home is incredibly spacious, with extra-large bedrooms and plenty of comfortable sleeping space for everyone. The game room was truly a highlight — an oversized entertainment space featuring a pool table, ping pong, foosball, arcade games, and a beautiful custom bar area. It kept both kids and adults entertained the entire stay. We loved every part of the experience and would definitely come back again. Nelli was also very responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Truly a 5-star experience!

Nelli's place was perfect for our stay. With plenty of beds, a great living room/kitchen area, and a beautiful backyard. If we had any questions, Nelli was very responsive and willing to help!

Our stay at the Villa was exactly what our Host Nellie described it to be. We couldn’t have been more comfortable and at home. It was more than perfect. I wouldn’t change anything as the feels very welcoming and homey. I would 100% recommend anyone to book this place.

The backyard oasis with the pool and landscape was beautiful. Mountain views were excellent. Place is as pictured and maybe even better in person! House was clean, bright, and had great vacation vibes. Stayed with another family with small kids and everyone had a blast just hanging out in the backyard! They do have an off Airbnb checkin process with a deposit hold (stated on Airbnb listing) but it was smooth and informative. Host was very responsive. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We have stayed at many Airbnb properties throughout the U.S., but this was by far one of the most amazing experiences we’ve had. Everything was exactly as shown in the listing—if not better. The rooms and bathrooms were set up with the quality and attention to detail of a high-end hotel. There were plenty of clean towels and toiletries provided, which made the stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The entire property was spotless and very well organized. The pool and hot tub were clean and maintained at the perfect temperature, which made it even more enjoyable for our family. Most importantly, Nelli was an outstanding host. She was available whenever needed, although we barely had to reach out. The only time we contacted her was for help with the WiFi, and she responded immediately and resolved it right away. This was truly a seamless and relaxing stay. My wife and family enjoyed it so much that we are already planning to come back again next year. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a few days off at Nelli's home and it was wonderful. Majority of our time was spent in the backyard. The landscape in the background is incredible and the pool was a perfect area for all of us to relax. Would recommend Nelli any time!

Nelli was a great host! Super responsive and gave clear instructions for everything. Easy check-in process and the house was one of the best we stayed at. Will definitely look to stay again if we ever go back to Big Bear!

The only thing is the hour for check out it is too early 10 am. Because you have to clean everything before leaving so it is very stressful to wake up to do everything before leaving. If i had known this before i would have changed my mind in renting the place

Nelli was an excellent hostess, always responded immediately, and was very friendly and helpful. The home was lovely, well stocked, just as described and in a great location. We went to the Indian Wells tennis tournament and the house was only a 10 minute drive away. There were great restaurants close by as well. We were very pleased and would definitely return.

Had a wonderful stay in Desert Hot Springs. Nellie was communicative and responsive throughout the entire trip, which made everything feel seamless. The pool and hot tub were definite highlights — such a relaxing experience. Would absolutely stay again.
