Valid Government Identification: Before signing the rental agreement, we kindly ask for a valid government identification. This helps us ensure a smooth process and your peace of mind. Renter's insurance with a minimum of $100,000 required at the signing of the lease, with landlord and/or property added as the additional insured on the policy. Please be aware that bookings is be subject to cancellation under the following circumstances: If the credit check is declined. We welcome service dogs to our premises, with the following guidelines: Pets other than registered service dogs are not permitted. A maximum of 1 service dog is allowed per guest. To maintain cleanliness, service dogs are not allowed on the furniture, and any dog hair must be cleaned before your departure. Your adherence to these guidelines is appreciated..
