To facilitate a smooth check-in, a valid government-issued identification is required. Access to the property will not be granted until the required document is provided, completed, and approved. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Following these steps ensures a pleasant and worry-free experience. For safety and security, the property is equipped with an actively recording audio and video Ring Doorbell at the front entrance, as well as security cameras with floodlights above the garage, monitoring the driveway. There are also non-operational cameras at the front entrance ceiling and in the yard. Cooperation in maintaining a secure environment is greatly valued. House care etiquette is essential to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. If something is opened, it should be closed. If borrowed, it must be returned. If turned on, it should be turned off. If broken, it is the guest’s responsibility to repair it. If used, it must be handled with care. Any mess should be cleaned up, and anything moved should be put back in its original place. Maintaining a tidy and respectful environment is appreciated. This rental includes one private bedroom and one private bathroom in a five-bedroom single-family home. The living room, kitchen, laundry machines in the garage, pool, Wi-Fi, utilities, A/C and heating thermostat, and backyard are shared with other guests. Driveway parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and additional street parking is available. Access to other bedrooms, bathrooms, and the garage is not permitted. Pool and spa heating is not included in the rental. During the stay, common areas inside the house and yard will be shared with other guests. Guests are responsible for keeping and maintaining the property in a clean and sanitary condition. Kitchen amenities must be washed, dried, and put away after every use. Common areas should be cleaned after use to keep the space inviting at all times. The propane tank for the gas grill must be refilled or exchanged when necessary. The landlord, maintenance team, and cleaning staff may access shared areas for routine upkeep. Pool, spa, and gardening maintenance are scheduled every Friday morning. Guests should secure personal belongings in their rooms. For security reasons, the property has actively recording audio and video security cameras at the front entrance and above the garage. The guest is prohibited from storing expensive items that pose a security risk, growing or storing medical marijuana on the property, or engaging in activities that significantly increase electricity, water, or utility usage. Mail and packages must be managed appropriately. Guests should update their mailing address before check-out, as mail and packages will not be held, forwarded, or returned. Any mail received after check-out will be marked “Return to Sender.” The pool is less than six feet deep and lacks a safety fence. Pool hours are from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Diving is strictly prohibited, as it may cause serious injury, paralysis, or death. Use of the pool is at the guest’s own risk, and swimming alone is discouraged. Individuals who are sick, pregnant, or have health conditions should avoid using the pool or spa. The pool is cleaned every Friday with chemicals for sanitation. By renting this home, the guest assumes all liability for pool and spa usage. The pool is not heated, but the spa (hot tub) is available for heating at a rate of $50 per day. The spa remains a shared amenity, meaning others may use it as well. In the past few years, guests have rarely requested to turn it on. A lockbox code is provided at check-in for access to a physical room key. Lost keys will incur a $200 replacement fee. To maintain a high standard of cleanliness, common areas will be refreshed after each guest check-out, and monthly cleaning is conducted. To ensure a peaceful environment, a strict quiet policy applies to shared spaces and guest rooms at all times. Loud conversations, music, TV, or any noise that can be heard outside the room are not allowed. The home is shared with other guests, some of whom work night shifts and sleep during the day, so consideration for noise levels is essential. Musical instruments, speakers, or any amplified sound devices should not be played inside the house. Personal belongings should not be left in shared areas and must be kept in private rooms. Shared spaces should be cleaned immediately after each use. Only registered service dogs are allowed; no other pets are permitted. Before arrival, service dogs must be treated for fleas and ticks. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their service dogs, ensuring they do not get on the furniture, and removing any dog hair before departure. Street parking is available, with a maximum of one car per guest. Driveway parking is shared among guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
