Swimming pool: ◆ Caution: The pool is less than 6' feet deep & has no safety fencing ◆ Pool hours: Please consider moving indoors after 10:00 pm. ◆ Pool heating fee is $150 per day and it is for the duration of your stay. We do require a 2-day minimum for pool heating. ◆ Spa heating is $50 per day ◆ Please swim at your own risk and never swim alone. ◆ Floaties are considered personal items and are not provided. Occasionally, previous guests may leave floaties behind—you're welcome to use them at your own discretion and risk. ◆ If you are sick, pregnant, or have any health issues, we ask that you do not use the pool or hot tub as safety is our primary concern. ◆ No diving is allowed as serious injury, paralyzation, or death may occur from diving. ◆ By renting our home or being a guest of the renter you absolve us, the owners, of liability due to injury or death. ◆ Pool is cleaned 2x per week on Mondays and Fridays (usually early morning). Safety: ◆ The home may not be safe for children under 8 as we have no safety gate surrounding the pool, and we have BBQ Grill and a gas fire pit. ◆ Children should not be left unattended ◆ Children must have adult supervision at all times around the pool area ◆ All guests must be good swimmers. ◆ Pets: Only 1 dog (under 15 lbs) allowed at $150 extra charge per dog (maximum 1 dog allowed unless other arrangements are made.) ◆ Dog(s) must be treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival. ◆ Guests must pick up after their dog. ◆ No dog is allowed on the furniture, and all dog hair must be cleaned up prior to departure. ◆ Guests are required to disclose if they will be brining dogs prior to checking in as we have to organize a special cleaning after your check out. ◆ We welcome trained service animals as required by law. If you are traveling with multiple service dogs, please let us know in advance so we can ensure the best accommodation for your stay. Charcoal Grill: ◆ Guests are responsible for their own charcoal. ○ If there is extra charcoal at the home, you may use it for barbecuing. ◆ Please be careful and do not use the grill within 10 feet of the home. Trash: ◆ Guests must dispose of the trash in the regular DARK GREY BIN ONLY. ◆ NO TRASH in the Green bin. If trash is left in Green Bin, guest will be charged $100. ◆ Garbage cannot be placed outside or in other garbage cans throughout the neighborhood. Eviction clause: ◆ Eviction with no refunds if guests receive a citation from the City and/or break any house rules including noise. ◆ Rules may state house has a crib, however house does not have a regular crib but a Pack ‘N Plays. ◆ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. NOTE: All rules outlined on the booking website shall be enforced, taking precedence over any signed contract, due to necessary fundamental modifications to the property details on the booking site. You are free to enjoy everything that house has to offer inside and outside except the closet in the hallway which is used by housekeeping for supplies.
