There are 2 security cameras in the property located in the front yard- one is monitoring the front of the garage and the other one front of the house. They are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There is also a noise monitor installed. It is not recording video or audio. We’re happy to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs whenever possible! These requests are subject to availability and can only be confirmed if there is no reservation before or after your stay. If you’d like to check in early or extend your departure time, feel free to reach out first, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Dogs welcome! $150 flat pet fee for entire stay (1 small dog under 15 lbs max and must be non-aggressive and house-trained). No other animals are allowed (no cats, birds, reptiles, large dogs, or aggressive dogs). Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Guest Access

Please, make yourself at home. Entire House is set up for guest enjoyment except: hallway closet on the 1st floor and a closet on the 2nd floor bedroom are locked for high quality housekeeping. Also, 1 car garage is locked for homeowner storage but we still have a 2 car garage along with 3 car driveway available for guest use.

We had an amazing stay at Nelli’s home! The game room kept the kids busy and the backyard set up was amazing. They had very nice and warm blankets and lots of space. We would definitely stay here again.

To describe our stay in just one word - OUTSTANDING. First, I would like to say the host and support throughout extremely accommodating, friendly, and responded promptly to our requests. The home is beautiful throughout and felt so welcoming when my group arrived for our yearly Ski Trip. We loved all the activities that were available, from 8 Ball to Ping Pong and a bar with a full fridge allowing you to separate the drinks from kitchen refrigerator. There is so much more I can say about this place, but I will keep it short. If you want a beautiful home along with a host who accommodates you, this is the booking you want! Thank you again for letting our group stay and we will definitely be back soon.

The stay was great! The place is more spacious than the pictures and accommodated my group of 16 comfortably. The location is super close to big bear mountain and summit for those planning on snowboarding. Bar area/playroom was a nice touch for our group as well.

Great hosts who did their best to accommodate a party of 10. Helped make things right when there were a few hiccups. Appreciated that very much. For light sleepers-walls are VERY thin. However, the listing is accurate and house is very large and spacious. Lots of seating and parking situation was generous. Loved the game room and the house was kept in great shape overall. We really enjoyed the house! It was so clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Lots of room for all 13 of us! We especially enjoyed the game room and spent most of our time there playing pool and the arcade. It’s also very close to the grocery store, restaurants and Big Bear Village! Nelli responded quickly to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!

My friends and I had such an amazing time here. Since I was the one to search and booked for the place they were very happy with what I chose!
